Keenan R. Berghoff, M.D., FACS

berghoffDr. Berghoff was born and raised in Fort Wayne, Indiana. He is a graduate of Indiana University and the Indiana University School of Medicine. After medical school, he completed his internship and residency in general surgery at the University of Missouri in Kansas City and a fellowship in advanced laparoscopy at the Texas Endosurgery Institute in San Antonio, Texas. He has a special interest and training in advanced laparoscopic procedures. Dr. Berghoff has presented at international meetings and has published numerous journal articles on the techniques and advantages of minimally invasive surgery. He is a committee member for the Society of Gastrointenstinal Endoscopic Surgeons and has conducted training courses for surgeons in advanced laparoscopic techniques. Dr. Berghoff has returned home to Indiana with his wife and four children after practicing general and minimally invasive surgery in Kansas City, Missouri for the past three years as an associate professor of surgery for the University of Missouri.
