James A. Crossin, M.D., FACS

crossinJames A. Crossin is a native of Kenosha, Wisconsin. He holds degrees from the University of Notre Dame and Marquette Medical School(Medical College of Wisconsin). He completed an internship and General Surgery residency at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis. He is Certified by the American Board of Surgery. Dr. Crossin is on the faculty of the Surgical Department of the Indiana University School of Medicine and Methodist Surgical Service. He is past president of the Indiana Chapter of the American College of Surgeons and member of the Clarian Health Partners Executive Committee. He is married and the father of five children.

Interests

Dr. Crossin has special interests in breast, thyroid and parathyroid surgery. He has delivered lectures and published papers on these subjects.

Associations

Fellow of the American College of Surgeon, Midwest Surgical Association, American Medical Association, Indiana State Medical Association and Indianapolis Medical Society.
