Prescription Refills

Please allow our office 2 to 3 days to process a prescription refill. The physician on call may not authorize refills of certain medications outside regular office hours.  Please request any refill during regular hours.  You may call our office directly at 317-923-7211 and request the staff for your surgeon. Please leave your full name (spell your last name), date of birth, medication with dosage and the name and phone number of your pharmacy. Our staff will phone in your prescription once if has been approved by the physician.  Please note, certain narcotics cannot be phoned in and you will be required to come to the office to pick up your prescription.
