Referrals/Prior Authorization

It is extremely important to be familiar with your insurance plan and it's requirements. At Tower Surgical we do everything possible to help facilitate your referrals, however appropriate managed care referrals are the patient's responsibility. We advise that you contact your primary care physician or your insurance carrier to assure that the proper referral/authorization is in place prior to your office visit.  You should also be familiar with any restrictions and/or prior authorization requirements for any lab or x-rays that may be ordered.
